How do I heat my hot water?
With the Dimplex Quantum pressured unvented water cylinder, Quantum cylinders give pressurised hot water for powerful showers and fast-filling baths. They allow you to be in full control of your water temperatures. We can provide you with the right sized cylinder so you will never be short of water, or we can move your old cylinder to a new location such as a loft or garage to free up valuable space. We can save you energy and reduce your heating bills.
How long does it take to install and remove my old system?
We can normally remove your old boiler and install your new heater in 2 days. We start by removing your wet system and then installing your hot water cylinder as required, followed by radiators. We are quick and efficient with over 12 years experience in the electric heating industry. Yes, the Dimplex Quantum is easy to use. It is fitted with an iQ controller so you can pre-set your heating temperatures and times. In addition, the storage heater has an easy to read LCD display and you can manually adjust the settings with the user-friendly control knobs which have been designed with the visually impaired in mind.

The storage heaters are extremely heavy and therefore should only be moved by a qualified electrician. Please contact Greenvision Energy first if you are thinking of moving your Dimplex Quantum. Before relocating the storage heater, for safety reasons, all electrical supplies to the heater must be switched off and all bricks removed.
Yes. You need to ensure a minimum distance of 150mm between the Dimplex Quantum and the shelf.
Due to their extremely heavy weight, Dimplex Quantums are not designed for wall mounting. The heater is fitted with a combination of secure wall fixings and feet.
