The size of your radiator will depend on the size of the room, how well insulated the room is, and available wall space. As a rule of thumb, 1kw for every m2 is a good guide. (15m2 room  = 1500kw) For poorly insulated and north-facing rooms, this should be increased. No, some of our radiators come with a 13-amp plug fitted. However, Elnur radiators don’t come with a 13-amp plug. We would recommend getting a qualified electrician.
