Delivery Times
Radiators are usually delivered the next working day if order is placed by 12:00pm (delivery window 8:00am-6:00pm.) However, please note that due to current global and national supply chain issues with Covid 19 and Brexit, next day delivery may not always be achievable.
Towel Rail & Water Heaters have a turnaround time of 2-3 days if order is placed by 12:00pm (delivery window 8:00am-6:00pm.)
Delivery Charges
Standard delivery to mainland UK is free.
For deliveries to the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles you may be required to pay extra for delivery. Call us for further details.
We are unable to ship internationally.
Delivery Information
Normal delivery schedules are Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).We are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify. It is important that this address is accurate. Any changes to your delivery address after your order has been processed for dispatch may result in additional administrative charges.
When a delivery date has been arranged please ensure that you are available at your address to accept the delivery. Should our delivery agent arrive and there is no one available to accept delivery, unfortunately you may incur a second delivery charge. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. The goods will needs to be signed for.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence) it is therefore important that you check that the goods are undamaged immediately upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours in the unlikely event that the goods are delivered in a damaged or faulty condition. Upon receiving your notification we shall at our option either make a like for like replacement of the goods.
We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.
You will need to provide us with your e-mail address and we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and e-mail you again to confirm details. An acceptance of your order will take place on dispatch of the good(s) ordered.
Damaged Goods Caused By Delivery
It is your responsibility to check your order on delivery within 7 working days. If the goods are damaged then please email sales@greenvisionheating.co.uk with the following information within 24 hours of receipt of goods:
- Model number of the damaged radiator (s)
- Your Invoice / Order No. (GBH-000)
- The serial number of the damaged radiator (s) located on the bottom of plastic control panel
- Photograph of the damaged radiator (s)
- Photograph of the box (es) they were delivered in if you still have them
Brief description of the damage
Cancellation Rights
You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). However, you will need to notify us in writing, email or fax if you wish to cancel your contract. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you. In the event of cancellation you may either:-
- Send the goods back to the address supplied by us in the original packaging at your own cost and risk within 7 days. It is recommended you take out insurance on the goods against damage or loss.
- Arrange with us for the collection of the goods in the original packaging subject to payment of our collection charge which will notify to you.
Failure to return the goods or make them available for collection by us in the original packaging shall invalidate your right to cancel the contract. We may at our discretion accept cancellation of the contract subject to the deduction from any refund due to you of our restocking fee of 10% of the value of your order.
Once you have notified us in writing, email or fax that you wish to return your goods, you may do so providing you pay the cost of returning them. Once your goods have been received in a re-saleable condition your payment will be re-credited to your account within 30 days.
You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty goods, or goods that do not comply with what was ordered.
